The 5th National Reading Conference is happening on March 19, bringing together educators and experts to explore the connection between reading, emotional intelligence, and lifelong learning.

With the theme “Read, Relate, Rise,” the conference will feature speakers from the Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) and the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU), sharing insights on how literacy supports both academic growth and emotional development from preschool to adulthood.
