Online Admission Process

1. Register through http://bit.ly/BasicEdApplicationAY2021-2022, fill out the form and upload requirements.

2. Wait for 2-3 days for evaluation of documents. You will receive an email on the schedule of the Online Interview via Google meet or Zoom (only applicable for incoming grade 3 - grade 12 students)

3. Pay the Admission Processing fee of 500 ($25 for Foreigners).

4. Once done with the admission process, Access http://bit.ly/BasicEdOnlineRegistrationAY2021-2022 and fill out the form.

5. Proceed to enrollment. The accounting department will send the official assessment of fees.

• Clear copy of Report Card/Transcript of Records

• Certificate of Good Moral Character 
• Medical Certificate 

Additional Requirements for Grade 11 - 12

• Certificate of Completion in Junior High School
• Recommendation Letter

For Foreigners: 

• Clear Photocopy of Passport
• Parents Pictures
• Special Study Permit (SSP)
• Alien Certificates of Registration (ACR)
• Report Card and/or Transcript of Records must be authenticated or red-ribboned by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate from the country of origin.
